If you are ordering a Video Session, I record the video personally for you and present 3 inspiration/affirmation cards as a meditation or self-reflective prompt intended to uplift your heart, encourage self-compassion, and deepen loving self-awareness as a tool for personal and spiritual growth. Video sent to you by email within 1-3 business days.

If ordering a Text Chat Session, I will contact you within 1-3 business days to coordinate a time for the text chat. When we meet for your Text Chat Session I will share with you the 3 inspiration/affirmation cards that have been selected uniquely for you. (I am in US Eastern Time Zone.)
